STEP 1 - Search for Offical Organic Logo on the Product label as mentioned below
Note:
- Warning - Few Non-organic products, use above logo on product label and it can be easily idendified by following steps
- Capsules are not allowed to use above logo on product label, even though it is made from 100% Organic Ingredients
STEP 2 - Search for Fssai (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) License No & Manufacturer Name on the Product label
Condition 1:

Condition 2:
- If Fssai Lic No is not available, Please Search for Manufacturer Name on the Product Label. For an Example, Our name is "ancient greenfields pvt ltd" and You can Verify it here
Note:
- Still, many products are available without Fssai Lic No & Manufacturer details. Hence You can't be able to verify using above method.
- If the product label has only "Manufactured for" or "Imported by" or "Distributed by" or "Imported and Distributed by" or "Made in India" or "Product of India" info tags states that, it never own the original manufacturer details, which is not transparent to the consumer.
- Warning - Buy Directly from reputed manufacturers. Please Avoid products from unreliable resources & Brands
STEP 3 - Search for Organic Certification Agency Logo & Accreditation No on the Product label
Condition 1:
- Currently India has 28 accredited certification bodies under National Programme for Organic Production. NPOP is a regulatory program by Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA), which is responsible for developing national standards for organically-produced agricultural products. However, The Organic products should be certified by any one of certification agencies. You can Verify it here
Condition 2:
- If NPOP details are not available, You can't be able to verify the Organic Status of the Product.

STEP 4 - Is manufacturer covered by specific Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations by Any other Country?
